
Job Summary

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, generating insightful reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning. Additionally, the Finance Associate must be adaptable, ready to undertake ad-hoc tasks, and support cross-functional business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Recordkeeping & Documentation
- Maintain and update accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Organize, manage, and archive financial documents, including agreements, receipts, and supporting paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements for documentation.
- Assist in periodic closing and reconciliation tasks.
Invoicing & Payment Management
- Prepare and issue timely and accurate invoices to clients.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up regularly to ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in billing or payments.
Client Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding invoicing and finance-related queries.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients for payment follow-ups.
- Support client onboarding with the necessary financial documentation.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through prompt and courteous interactions.
Ad-Hoc Tasks and additional responsibilities
- Assist with cross-functional financial tasks as needed.
- Participate in team initiatives and contribute to a collaborative finance culture.
- Oversee general office administration, including asset management, record-keeping, and logistics.
- Assist in managing all procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor selection, and purchasing.
- Demonstrate flexibility in taking ownership of emerging financial or operational needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (running or completed)..
- Good communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Willingness to learn and try new things.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in financial management or Similar roles
- Basic understanding of Tally and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Friendly, patient, and a team player
